Drop Off and Pick Up Hours
Please drop off and/or pick up your pet during the following hours seven days a week (except holidays noted below):
7:30 - 11:30 AM
2:00 - 5:00 PM
Other hours by appointment only. A convenience fee may apply.

Note: We charge by the night and operate similar to a hotel. Check out time is by 11:30. Afternoon pickups are not a problem, but will be charged an extra 1/2 day.
Touring
No appointment is necessary. Please come by for a tour during the following hours seven days a week:
9:30 - 11:30 AM
2:30 - 4:30 PM
Office Hours
Our office is normally open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 1:30 to 5:00 pm daily except major holidays. Please note that we are closed daily from 12:00 AM - 1:30 pm.
